Fitness for cross country
On Tuesday we had cross country practice.We had to run around the school field twice I thought I can do this.It felt cold and my heart was booming fast. I kept running and made it to the end.I was tired and my legs were shaking but I felt warm.
Is that you when you are in the Olympics because that will be amazing and if you do when you are older tell me on my blog
